Inspirational Mondays - "Have Faith!"

Start off your week with a little Inspiration I decided to switch it up a bit and post an Inspirational Passage this week!


Inspirational Passage:

"I heard a story about this famous tightrope walker. One day, they stretched a cable across Niagara Falls and when the conditions were just right, the tightrope walker took a wheelbarrow and pushed it on the tightrope all the way across Niagara Falls and back. The huge crowd watching just went wild! They couldn't believe what they just saw. Then the man put his German shepherd in the wheelbarrow and did the same thing. Next, one of his sons got in the wheelbarrow. He pushed him all the way across and all the way back. And throughout the day, different members of his family got in that wheelbarrow and he did the same thing.

Later in the day, the tightrope walker noticed a man in the crowd that was so excited. That man had to be his greatest fan. And so he went over and asked him, "Sir, do you think that I can do this again?" The guy kind of laughed and said, "I don't think you can do it again, I know you can do it again! I've been watching you all day long." The tightrope walker said, "Well, do you really believe I can do it just one more time?" He said, "Yes, I'm absolutely certain you can do it one more time." The tightrope walker said, "No, you don't really believe that I can do it again." The man kind of got offended and said, "What are you talking about? I've been watching you for hours. I am absolutely, positively, one-hundred percent sure you can do it again." The tightrope walker said, "All right then, get in the wheelbarrow." Suddenly, that man had to be somewhere else and was running late. He took off!

See, this man believed with his head, but real faith is of the heart. When we really believe, then deep down inside we know that we know that we know that we can trust God, and He is going to take care of us. I am asking you today to get in the wheelbarrow. Dare to step out and trust God. Don't just think it in your head; show it with your actions. You may have to step out of your comfort zone, but God is faithful. No matter what you've been facing, turn those situations over to God. Dare to believe because when you believe, all things are possible! " - Joel Osteen
